Food and Wine Pairing

Dr. Dawn Allen, with 14 years of experience in food science, brings a unique blend of culinary mastery and wine expertise to every endeavor. Certified in Tuscan cooking by the prestigious Cordon Bleu culinary school of Italy and a level 2 certified wine expert from London's WSET School of Wine Education, Dr. Allen will lead the inaugural wine tasting and pairing, merging her love for the arts with her deep culinary knowledge.
